When Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds, reprints, or account credits may be considered for:
- Production defects
- Incorrect items produced by USPF
- Verified fulfillment mistakes
How to Submit a Claim
Requests must typically be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include supporting documentation or photos.
USPF reserves sole discretion regarding replacement, refund, or credit decisions.
What Is Not Considered a Defect
Normal variations in garment manufacturing, print placement, color tones, and material texture are not considered defects.
Minor commercially acceptable variations do not qualify for refund, reprint, or credit consideration.
